They emptied our 2 bedroom house inside of one hour, and completed the transporting and unloading in around 4 and a quarter hours. The moving guys were polite and professional and didn't waste any time. We arrived later than them to the self-storage and they had already unloaded some of the van onto carts when we arrived so it could go straight into storage. I was a little worried when booking because prices were quite a bit cheaper than the others we were looking at (£590, compared to around £800), so I expected maybe some time wasting or extra fees to be tacked on at the last minute to up the price. That didn't happen - admittedly we didn't seek any additional services than what we had booked such as packing - but in the end we paid £590 and they delivered exactly what they advertised. Yes, there will be 1 seat available. Please, note, its not very comfortable to travel in the van for long distance moves and we suggest not to, if travel time is more than 1h.
Are my goods insured?
Yes. We have Public Liability insurance up £ 1,000,000.
All our vans have Goods in Transit insurance up to £ 10,000.

When do you start to charge?
We charge from the time when the van arrives at your location and our team starts the job. We continue to charge until the entire moving process is complete, which includes loading, transportation, and unloading at your new destination.
If the order exceeds the estimated time, we charge fees in 30-minute blocks.
Do I have to arrange a parking space for the van?
Yes, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a parking space for the removal van.
